May 11th, 2019. Amtrak Talgo Train with travels along the shores of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA while Mt Rainier peaks out of the clouds.

Good job. You can actually see the mountain.
Yeah, kinda, LOL. It's always a challenge. Works best in winter, in summer you get haze. Of course clouds are always a risk, even on an otherwise bright and sunny day. Spent a couple hours there, got a few trains.

I almost, but not quite, got two trains side by side. They were both approaching, but the one on the near track pulled ahead and blocked the other. It ended up being not a terrible shot but that one was so close to being much better.

Good shot. Mt. Rainier "peaks" out. Clever pun. 😎

I like the challenge of setting up for that perfect shot, although it may sometimes take all day. It is especially challenging with trains as you don't want to be photographing the "shadow" side.
