I attended Payne Field Aviation Day 2018 and had a nice time. They flew the warbirds for about an hour, and that allowed for some really nice photos. The light kept changing, but we had a lot of filter sun which worked really well.

One of the planes from the air show flew over Edmonds Saturday afternoon (5-19-18) while I was photographing birds at the marsh . I didn't capture the prop spin disk prized by aviation photographers. I'll have to stick to avian photography.

Bob can ID the bomber for us.

Well, I'm a train guy, not a plane guy, but I do know that it's Historic Flight Foundation's B-25D Mitchell Bomber
