I love number one in combination with the rest of the story it looks like the Ospery was fishing in a barrel. Kids say the darndest things by the way. Great one by your daughter.
Don't feel alone. The sunny side of Oregon is still dreary as well. Pretty, sunny, and seventy yesterday; gray, wet, and fifty today. No spring here this year. I have a feeling we will be going from 50 to 80 in one day then 90's. Oh well such is the way of mother nature.
Some photos of the Snake River near Ontario, Or. Normally a very slow meandering river in this part, now has a current. I will take some in August from the same spot and post to show the difference.
Glad to see the yellow headed blackbirds back in the area. Plenty at the park here in Ontario during the summer if anyone heads this way, I can show them to you. Haven't seen them here yet, usually mid summer. Great Owl shot.

Hummers don't show up here til June. I have one that lets me know they have returned. He flies to the window then back to the feeder spot and back and forth like that til I put the feeder out. This year I will have to beat him to it and put it out a little earlier. That is quite a party...
