Good too know I'm heading Seattle way soon so I know to go elsewhere. I remember this being up for "photoshop this".
-
Oh Ron these are gorgeous!!! Love the first one with the lighting off the fence and how it swoops the eye straight too the sun!! I guess it pays to get up before the early bird.
-
I'll shoot a sunset from beginning to end. And like Janice as many as I can :)

Thanks guys...the pilot does stunts so I guess flying that low is okay if you know what you're doing and yep there is an airstrip that was about 1/4 mile away...we saw all kinds of planes coming and going. It's a small municipal airport.
-
Thanks :) Try going to more places at different times ;)

I went on an extended weekend get-away to Gold Beach Or. and caught this plane buzzing the water. I had about 5 sec. to get my camera out of the bag and get it ready for the shot all the while holding my little dog. I had one SHOT:eek:

Thanks Leia...everything is coming in late this year it's so weird. My neighbors sunflowers are finally coming up and they should be in bloom.
-
WOW!!! Thanks Bob :) Been away at Hyatt Lake and this is a wonderful surprise to come home too :)
-
Great shots!!! Yes keep posting them. I love wildlife/nature shots.

Thanks for the comments...I agree with a goodly portion. I wish the passion flower wasn't up against the wood but that is an arch and they are all wound into and out of it so no opportunity for a blue sky backdrop :/. And YES the Dahlia was a bright red and white.

How we suffer for our art ;) Gorgeous shot and the colors are stunning!!

This is an exquisite group pictures that tells the story perfectly. I can see why this would be an amazing thing to do.

They both are really beautiful but the second one is just awesome...sweeps you right in too those magnificent mountains.
-
Thanks!!! The beetle came in nice and clear but I have to admit the chipmunk is a little furry :D
-
The Sunsets weren't that great...pretty average but I tried to do some different things. I hiked to a different part of the lake for a new angle and the moon shot I took while there was still a bit light because I lacked a tri-pod...cc's okay

This little beetle posed so well for me :)
This little guy raided our camping supplies and ran off w/ some grape tomatoes...can't take your eyes off them for one second!!
