Sorry, I gave an incorrect location. This was taken at one of the 10 waterfalls in the Silver Falls area. There is an 8 mile hike that covers all 10 falls. This is located just a few miles east of Woodburn and Salem, Oregon.
Thanks for the comments. I used the cokin 174 (blue yellow) polarizer filter on the Sigma 10-20mm lens. This filter can create some weird effects if not used properly but also can give you some great photos.
