I've had the 50MM for a while and just never took the opportunity to use it. The trip to Montana gave me the time and subjects to experiment with. It is now with me for all adventures.
Had an opportunity to experiment with the 50mm.

I had never paid that much attention to the head markings before.
I think I just assumed that it was the difference between sub-adult vs adult.
Now I know better. ;>)
