    Thanks, Snuffy. No worries. We all, unfortunately, have tough times. I'm glad stuff is looking up for you :) These were really fun shots to take. It felt like hunting as I would try to play the wind and silently slither my way into camera range of these birds. Glad you dig 'em. Thanks :)

    Thanks, Christena. Yeah, 3 makes me laugh, as well. He's such a sweet but rambunctious little guy. I have a photo of him finding truffles that is going to be on the cover of an outdoor magazine here next winter. He's quite the little charmer :)

    It sounds like I need to get a large flock of these over to Crane Prairie Reservoir, then. Some jerkwod illegally introduced sticklebacks into the res. about 15 years ago, and they have all but decimated the native trout population.
