    Tipsoo - a different perspective

Great shot, and good advice to see from a different perspective.

    AMA Supercross Seattle

Awesome collection of shots here Turk, you covered the event well. Next best thing to being there.

    Howarth Creek

Beautiful greens and silky water flow. Capturing it with the horizontal sunset lighting adds to the mossy texture too. Well done.

    Jaguar...not the XK...

Note to self, "must visit Woodland Park Zoo", P.S. "bring own lunch".

    Local Lizards

Good work Janice. Looks like a match. I have seen the southern alligator lizard in another, not so good photo, and didn't make the connection.

Taking my mobile for a spin.

The first looks like an interesting way to photograph your cannibus garden.

    Local Lizards

While on the same hike that I shot the wild flowers, (above LaCamas Lake on Sat. April 10th), I happened to find this lizard, first shot. A few hundred yards from there, but during the month of Feb. on an unseasonably warm day I took the second shot. All very surprising to me, as I don't...

    Jaguar...not the XK...

Very nice, especially for a zoo capture. I can only see glass glare over the shoulder, but that could be fixed.

Light in The Midst of The Storm

I had the same thought about the composition with the church being too centered. The it appeared that it may already be cropped or a pano stitch, which would certainly leave room for cropping...?

    Faerie Falls

    Beautiful capture!

    Mt. Shasta

    Stunning shots, nice work.

    Bob's Best 2009

My personal choice is the restored Willamette locomotive, nice shot. Really like the way the steam is captured in the backlight.

    Greetings from Vancouver, WA

Nice shot Soggy! Great fall composition at the capitol building. Must not have been as windy in Oly as it has been down here in S.W. Washington the last couple of days. Not many trees here have that many leaves left now. Welcome to the forum neighbor.

    The rut is on.

Beautiful and sharp photos. I also would like to know what lens you capture these with?

    Seattle Full Moon

Great photos. I was particularly interested in the Photographer's Ephemeris you refered to and pictured in the story behind the shot. I had not seen this before and so followed it with a google search. Awesome tool for planning those shooting times, especially in an unfamiliar area. This may be...

    one more woody

Another sweet shot. I like this one even better than the others because of the sunlight reflected V and clear reflection of the duck.

    wood duck in sweet light...

Excellent shots, great clarity. Hard to pick a favorite from the set, love the gold in the first two, and the sharp clear reflection in the last.
