    There always seemed to be dust in the air where we were in Africa. It always had an impact on the sunset. Things might be different in the rainy season, though.

    Thanks. I would say that we were about 30 ft away - in an open vehicle, being very quiet. But, even so, he wasn't bothered by us at all. Now if one of us had been foolish enough to get out of the truck it might have been a completely different story.
