    Leia; This side of the building adjoins a pay to park lot. The owners of the building apparently welcome the artwork on the side. There was another "taging" of the building that had been there for several years. I don't know if they pay for it or not. Maybe they lease the spot? I'll have to...

    I saw a wall of a building with these painted on it as I was going to work. It adjoined a parking lot that was empty so I turned around and went back for some shots.
