Our 'red-hot poker' plant came to life this spring and a female Rufous Hummer discovered it. All taken with a Canon 5D mark III and Canon 400mm f5.6L+1.4x extender. Hand held June 5th

Good shots. As the hummer flies, you are not that far from Pt. Edwards. I think the rufous hummers all hang out in that part of Edmonds-Woodway.
