My parents were visiting this week and we took a quick run out to Steptoe Butte a couple of nights ago. The wind was blowing pretty hard and the was a pretty good cloud cover, so I was not holding out for ideal conditions. In the end, it was not ideal, but I got a few shots. They really enjoyed the view.

Even if it wasn't "ideal conditions", #2 and #3 are really nice. That spot is going to have to be added to my list of must-see places.
