Thank you Janice and Christena...I cropped it with a 10x20 print in mind. That asect ratio seems to work well with some images and it's a good diversion from the 8x10 and 8x12 aspect ratios.

I'm back from my month-long visit to the north state (California) and thought I'd share a few shots I got when I drove to the "other" side of the mountain to get some shots as the sun set on Mt. Shasta. I didn't get the colors I was hoping for, every sunset is different, but I find consolation...

I'm sure you can do it. Create the background layer to the size you want then add a separate layer with texture so you can adjust the opacity to your liking. You can add texture directly on your background from FILTER - TEXTURE but I prefer to made a duplicate background and put the texture...

I thought you might like it.....I really love the tune and the way the guitar and mandolin wrap themselves around each other...musically.
If I were accused of being a musician there wouldn't be enough evidence to convict me.....so I take pictures and pick for myself these days.
