I could not pass up taking pictures of these flowers today. Then in camera I played around with the color of the first one. Taken with Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8

I agree with Hoedadkid. The first one looks better a bit darker... but I am the opposite of Mike-PDX :) I like that one the most because the texture of the wall makes the flowers really standout. The third one I like also because it is isolated.
But yes it is unique to put flowers in b&W, But...

My photos are so simple compared to everyone's work here. Wow!!! all of you have outstanding work posted. I can't wait to see my improvement in time. But we all have to start somewhere. Ill keep on shooting. :D

That 2nd picture is awesome. I really like that one. I should say that one stands out to me ... When I saw it, my first impression or reaction was to smile.
