The Willlamette #2 of the Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad at a crossing near Ashford. If I identified the engine incorrectly Bob will correct me.

A crossing between Elbe and Ashford. A bridge was washed out or damaged during the floods a few years ago. It has been replaced/repaired and the MRSR (Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad) is now back using their original route.
