The Roslyn Cafe is located in the town of Cicely, Alaska.

Well, if it is if you believe the TV show Northern Exposure. If you believe the map, it's actually in the town of Roslyn, WA. The entire town was used for exterior shots during the TV series, and the Roslyn cafe is the signature shot, shown with a Moose walking by.

When they were filming, there was an 's tacked up behind 'Roslyn' A whole backstory on naming the town developed from that.
