In May of 2007, double-headed Union Pacific steam excursion running at track speed at Richfield, Washington. SP 4449, owned by the City of Portland, Oregon with X844 in the number boards, helps UP 844, owned and operated by the Union Pacific Railroad, on an excursion from Portland to Seattle. The UP also owns the immaculate 1950's-era streamlined passenger car fleet.
