    I go there every year. This is the first year that I seem to be able to reliably catch them hunting and successfully at that.

    All they do is eat it seems LOL, I'm actually starting to feel sorry for the mice and voles. They wiggle for a long time. I was surprised to see this owl pick the mouse off off a tree trunk.

    The American Bitterns were out in force in the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge this Sunday. I love these guys. They can sometimes be a little hard to see. But sooner or later they have to show themselves. Profile shot. :) Time for dinner.
