no good shots of eagles presented themselves, and i couldn't find the harlequins, but i managed a couple of decent shots nonetheless...

over at Brackett's Landing, this Brant's goose reminded me of a little kid playing in the surf and running from the waves...

Good shots. I really like the male red-breasted merganser, but I have not seen many here this year. That is a very good shot of a Brant. They are very difficulty to photograph due to the dark head + dark eyes.

Don't worry about the eagles, I covered them this afternoon. I'll start posting in a minute.
