A couple of afternoon scenes from one day last week after heading into town for more propane while up hunting. Not quite a full moon rising, but close enough.
I think this shot of the barn is a bit nicer, but the angle didn't let me get the moon in. There was a lot of burning in fields and a prescribed burn up in the mountains behind me that caused some intetresting color castes to the light.

Now that is one cool barn. I think I like the third shot best. The angle of the barn, the rounds of hay and the round roof, the horses, all come together in an interesting composition.

I also like the third one. The moon isn't it it, but in the second shot the moon isn't really large enough to make a huge difference anyway, so the third works better for me.
Its amazing how the smoke really flattens and colors the light. cool shots
