Wednesday (12/11) two large ships passed by Edmonds while I was photographing the sunset from Marina Park. Their passage in such quick succession created waves which were about four feet high. While not a tsunami by any means, they were very big waves outside of a storm for Puget Sound.

The waves occurred close to sunset, which proved to be very photogenic.
