The photos aren't my finest work by any stretch but they are first-ever shots for me of a shy and elusive canopy dweller. It happened pretty fast so it was shooting-from-the-hip time.

I have only gotten one shot of a black-throated gray warbler, taken three or four years ago at Scriber Lake in Lynnwood. It was the first and last time I have seen one.
