I went to Cannon Beach with my dog Wolfy. We needed a "therapy" day and and just ambled along on the beach looking down. Here are a few things we saw.

1. This little jellyfish. I think it is called a sea gooseberry. There were quite a few. At first they looked like little marbles. If you want to see it bigger click here.

2. Then there was this little ladybug that was lost and alone in the big world.

3. The dollar isn't what it used to be.

It was a beautiful day and I think there were at least a hundred photographers there photographing Haystack Rock. Okay maybe not that many but it sure seemed like it. :)

I have never seen that type of jellyfish before... Or at least, didn't know it was a jellyfish. TFS

It wasn't until I saw it in my computer did I notice the little stripes on it. I just thought it was some sort of jellyfish, I called it a jelly ball. After looking on the internet I came to the conclusion that it was a sea gooseberry.

That is a neat series. And thanks for the info on the sea gooseberry. I never would have known. :)

Here's more . . .

A vacant house or somebody's lunch or both.
