Golden Crowned Kinglet. Darn dark days and flighty birds. Had to crank up the ISO sorry for the grain.

hey, at least he kept still long enough to get these! kinglets are usually so bouncy, just about the time the AF locks on, they move! they're like little pinballs on steroids, and it sometimes takes hours for them to slow down enough to get a half decent shot. all things considered, these aren't half bad!

LOL! figure of speech, my dear. actually, they're quite good given the light and subject. could be a tad sharper, and the exposure and contrast could be a bit better, but for dark weather, flat light, and high ISO, you did pretty well. heck, just catching one of these little stinkers in the viewfinder is no mean feat!
