I like the colors and the silhouette in the first, but the third is the most eye-catching because of its perspective.

I think I'd like the 2nd better if the boats were both silhouettes, but also the prow of the boat on the right is sticking into a busy reflection, which breaks its clean lines.

It might even be worth a look as a vertical, with the left boat as the foreground.

And as much as I like the 3rd one, IMO cropping it right below the reflection of the tree stump makes it more engaging.

Great shots! I like the 3rd one best too, we all see hundreds 0f beautiful sunset photos so it's refreshing to see how light plays on other objects at this wonderful time of day.
 
Thank you so much for the comments and editing ideas..I will play around with them and see what happens.
