This pretty little gal landed on a dead branch not far away and gave me a few nice shots while she preened. It was windy that day, so her feathers look a bit disheveled...

Thanks, Max! She was about 20 yards away, maybe 25... These images were cropped, but only slightly. Every once in a while the harriers there will land relatively close by, and if I don't move any closer, they seem content to stay for a minute or two.
