Nice shots! I especially like the eyes in the first and last ones, very well done.

Besides, it's about time cats got some equal time around here! (We've got a ton of dog shooters...)
 


Generally good shots but there's always room for improvement.

#1 - Good lighting and capture of the look on the face. I think more depth of field so the far eye is in focus and then don't clip the top of the ears off.

#3 - Needs a tad more light on the right side of the photo and better focus.

#4 - Again, watch the ear clipping. Plus it looks like an blown out highlight but that could be a artifact of sizing for the web.
 
Thanks everyone! these were all random practice shots that happened to turn out better than practice shots. the first 3 are taken with a konica hexanon 50mm 1.7 modified to fit the E-500 and the last was with the kit lens and was one of the first shots i ever took with this body. :D
