Or is it a Goose / Orca hybrid?
"Feather" hangs out in my backyard with a few of my pals, and enjoy the lovely ambiance, nice green lawn, shade trees, water at just the right height in the bird bath, and, best of all, a cracked corn buffet dish. This feather's been out of place for over a week now. I expected it to fall out, but so far it's been hanging on tight.

I’ve got about 4 geese who are regulars along with about 1/2 dozen ducks. I enjoy having them around but also in moderation. So I bought a plastic 2 bowl dog dish for large dogs. I put cracked corn in one side and water in the other. They love it! Also, since it’s small, they get defensive of it, with some epic battles. That keeps the number of geese and ducks to a manageable amount.
