I just took a couple shots of the falls. I experimented with a bunch of compositions, exposures, filters and took several photos just in that area of the creek. Were they all winners? Heck no, but I learned what what worked better than others. Most went to the recycling bin on my laptop. That's how we learn. Often what is in our mind's eye doesn't translate the same through the lens. And sometimes it exceeds expectations.
That's what a photo should do if it doesn't tell it's own story then it should spark trigger a feeling or a memory whether the shooter or the viewer.

they say every photo has a story to it and i believe it now. awhile i was looking at your pictures i remember going up there too when me and ed were on are vacation going to new port oregon and we stop at the waterfall and it gave me a reason to stop there. special moment and next year im going back up there to take a picture of me and ed by the waterfall. the last picture i took i dont know if it turn out of not because i let my mom hold my camera and take the picture and for some reason i turn my head when the flash hit my eyes. here is the picture of it
