Went out to Westport this afternoon and found harlequins at the marina... they were fairly cooperative, and I got a bunch of shots...

These were probably about 20 yards away... that seemed to be about the limit of their tolerance. If I tried to move any closer, they'd swim the other way. Fortunately, with the lens I have, 20 yards is plenty close enough...
