It looks as the Lake Ballinger pair of bald eagles are nest sitting. They had one baby in 2012 and none in 2013. I checked the nest on Tuesday (5/27/14) and found one of the pair sitting on the nest.

The other eagle was perched on a nearby sentry tree where it was continually harassed by the evil minions of the Dark Lord.

When the number of attacking crows grew to four, the eagle retreated to the safety of the nest. You barely see it on the left side of the nest towards the rear.

I checked the nest Thursday (6/12/14), but did not see any signs of activity. I did not spot either adult on any of their regular perches around the lake.
