Although small and very flighty, these guys are fun to try and capture. Catching them with their ruby crown showing is extra difficult.

These were made on February 27 and March 3rd, using the Canon 5Diii and 400mm f5.6L (no extender) hand held. ISOs range from 1600 to 2000.

Just as I predicted would happen when you left Dave, Daren and me today at the fish hatchery: the kinglets disappeared as soon as you did. :mad:
