this is a small, probably seasonal, waterfall along the road to Lewis River Falls.m i'm guessing by September it's either just a trickle, or gone entirely. it's one of those small streams off the side of the road that most people, if they see at all, simply blow right on by. certainly every vehicle that passed while i was there never even slowed down. but i find that nature photography has opened my eyes, and i see more of the beauty the world has to offer, and i'm much more apt to stop and photograph it... :D

I like the first of the two shots the best. What was your exif on this? You use a filter or did you stop down significantly?

I'm a sucker for moving water. I've stopped a few times along the side of roads to take photos like this :)
 
i had a polarizing filter on, and was shooting in shade. 3.2 sec @ f/10, ISO 100, tripod with remote release...
