So where the heck has shadow been at?

So to let everyone catch up, this year so far has been a rather busy one.

Daughter was born 5 months ago.

Moved to Alaska A month and a half ago.

So my free time has been rather.. Limited, and I have to say that Other than it is a bit chilly up here in AK I am kinda liking the place.

As for "chilly" in Alaska, uh, well, I'm guessing it's just getting started. By next spring you'll probably call the same weather "warm".

This brings up another question...is there southern lights? no reason why not..

Yes there are Southern lights. They are mirror opposites of the Northern Lights.

Janice, saw this image: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Calgary-Northern_ligths.JPG in your link, and when viewing the thumbnail I thought it was Seattle. I couldn't believe it (and with good reason, it wasn't Seattle...)

Would love toshare an image of the northern lights but so far every good night for it the weather locally has not been agreeable. But I am making plans.
