this was just a grab shot taken a couple of hundred yards downstream from where i shot "Stream of Consciousness". i liked the ruddy hue of the rocks and the riverbed. i think this little stream is going to afford me a ton of photo ops... :) 5D, 24-135 @ 135mm, 5 sec @ f/11 with polarizer.

Pretty wonderful, dude. The half emerged rocks REALLY pop out off the screen. Perfect exposure. Thanks for sharing. Your zen-like stream picts are very soothing to view :)
 
The rock center-left appears to me to be a time-traving fish poking its head from a time vortex portal. Perhaps it is thinking something like "I'm not sure this stream is deep enough..."
Um, what I mean is I like this photo, it presents a nice story.
 


As much as I do like your "Stream of Consciousness", Rocky, I am not sure that I don't like this one better. I find it extremely peaceful to just sit and look at! Very nice!!

thanks, folks! Ron, that seems to be a common response... very peaceful and relaxing... which is good! I may have to add this one to my collection of potential exhibition pieces...
