Cedar Creek Grist Mill is singularly uninteresting in mid-summer... probably much better in fall, when the leaves are turning... so i tweaked this shot with some extra saturation and Orton processing to give it a sort of dreamy, "memory" feel...

It also depends a lot on the lighting and time of day. Spring and fall tend to be easier though.
 
I like Orton applied here. Any time of the year is interesting but I've seen the best shots captured in the fall.
