Nice shots.
White throat makes it a Myrtle (Yellow-rumped) Warbler. The AOU is messing with names again!
 
AOU?

i think this one may be a female... from what i've seen, the males are more gray than brown, the markings are bolder, and they have a white "eyebrow"...
