I'm trying my hand at more landscape shooting I couldn't pass up this shot. Comments and critiques welcome.

Thanks! I just stopped on the side of the road for this one. Was by Sisters Oregon, just off the main road.

Yes I think its right by 242. I was on 126/26 between 242 and Redmond. Its a totally photogenic area, lots of mountains in the background. There are about 5 peaks around that area that are amazing to look at.

Thanks for the compliment. Yup no HDR for me so far. Now I do like merging exposures... but I kept this shot almost as it came off the camera. Just some contrast and lightening.

Hmmm... I need to check the forum rules... I think there's a guideline that says all old farm trucks MUST be shot in HDR... If not on this site, then I'm sure it's the rule over on Flickr!
