That is on Mt Rainier? I really do need to get up on that hill. I was proud that I actually saw it up close from below this year but as pretty as it was, THAT looks much more interesting and appealing.

yep, this is looking away from Rainier toward the Tatoosh Range, just east of the mountain. the wildflowers are at peak right now, but it'll be a short season, i'm afraid...

Thanks Rocky. A friend of mine (a pro from Ca) was going to come up to Rainier for the flowers this year until he heard there was none. I am going to let him know. He is pretty mobile
