A well known landmark in Mt Rainier National Park, Tipsoo Lake is a frequent destination for photogaphers. It's a nice scene, with the lake in the foreground, and the mountain in the background. The best time to shoot this location is early morning.

Also be aware that the snow can last long into the summer. As an example, this photo was taken on the 4th of July and there's still ice on the lake and plenty of snow.
