This is my new neighbor, his name is Tom. Judging by the fact that I typically only saw the left side of him from the second shot I suspect he doesn't care much for me. Not to worry though. My plan is to butter him up and have him over for a nice Thanksgiving dinner. :D
 
Mmmmmm Butter! Sounds like a great plan... Hope he will be receptive to coming for dinner. Guest of honor perhaps?
 
Got the seating cards all made out, placed right there between Mr. Potato Head and that Sweat young Yam thing. Not to worry about the cold since there'll be plenty of hot gravy to cover them all up to keep them toasty warm.

On the serious side, I wish I had 300mm with me as the 105mm max on my zoom was a tad short. These have a pretty hefty crop done to them but with the 300 I may have had something worth printing.
 
Ohh my ! Wonder if he knows the spring season is just around the corner and you might have to have him over for a Memorial Day dinner.

Wonder how well he would pose for a shot with a Browning?
 
I'm always appalled by the jokes made about taking the life of such a wonderful and beautiful creature.
