Spent the day at George Reifel today and came away with what could be on my all-time favorites list. I shot several as they were incoming and outgoing but at this one instant, all four lined up rather nicely.

There are a few cranes that seem to hang around all year now, since they're so well fed. I love the place due to its variety, and can't wait to get back up there. This is a nice shot, Joe!

Given your talk during Bird Fest, I can't image trying to 'pull' all of the digiscoping elements together for that shot.

No, the shot was not digiscoped. As you alluded, it would have been tough to pull off with all those moving parts.
