not sure why someone would get a kick out of turning a picnic table upside down in a lake or river, but it takes all kinds, i guess...
 
Yeah... some twisted idea of fun. Technically it's vandalism and we all pay for that since it's public money that has to right this wrong.
 
I agree it is vandalism but when an opportunity for shooting presents itself, gotta go with it. The worst part is the cost to replace the table because all winter in the water is going to ruin it or worst even yet is not replacing it for the rest of us to use for enjoying. This is a very popular park in the warmer months.
