I just returned from three weeks in South Africa. We criss-crossed the country during that time, visiting a couple of the arid parks as well as our favorite haunts in the Sabi Sands.

We saw numerous leopards in the Sabi Sands, including 11 different individuals in four days at Mala Mala. This cub is the offspring of the Kikilezi Female, which was off hunting at the time. It's about 4-5 months old when this photo was taken.
He looks like he's having fun! I'm off to southern Africa myself in one week - can't wait.
